Return Conditions

 Please note the following: 

  • Please be advised, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original blue cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.
  • Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
  • Arrange a return shipment with a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, we highly recommend you to choose a delivery option where you can obtain a tracking number.
  • Returns that have not been approved by our customer experience team will not be sent back or refunded.
