To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.By consenting to Sweed Beauty Inc’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sweed Beauty Inc through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, After Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.E. When the package is dispatched). Shipping costs will be added to your order. For customer within the US, we ship domestically. Duties and taxes are already included.
VIOLATION OF RULES
Sweed Beauty reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, Sweed obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and Sweed can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Sweed. A force majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Sweed will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

These terms, any documents they refer to, and any disputes arising from or in relation to them or any documents they refer to, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the United States, as the website sweedbeauty.com is intended for and directed to users in the United States.
