Prostaglandin analogues are synthetic hormones primarily used to stimulate hair growth by activating hair follicles. However, they can cause harmful side effects, which is why we do not include them in any of our products.

1. Remove makeup, ensure clean and dry upper lash lines. 
2. Apply with the product's applicator, using one stroke on your eyelid just above your upper lash line. Apply by starting from the outer to inner corner of upper lash line. 
3. Allow 2-3 minutes for the serum to dry before applying other products to your eye area or lying down. 
4. Once desired result is achieved - use the serum 2-3 times per week to maintain the results. 

We recommend using the serum once per day, and when the desired result is achieved to use it 2-3 times a week to maintain the results. We recommend patch tests before using the product.  

Warning: For external use only. It is important to apply the serum along the top lash line to ensure that the product does not get into the eye. If the product comes into contact with the eye, immediately rinse eyes thoroughly with water. If redness, irritation or other unwanted effects occur, stop using product immediately.

While 99% of lash serums contain prostaglandin analogues - which may cause pigmentation or irritation - our formula is completely free from them. Our Eyelash Growth Serum is carefully formulated with vegan and nourishing ingredients. However, as with any cosmetic and active skincare product, individuals may still be intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. We always recommend you to read the ingredient list. 

We recommend starting with an every-other-day application to test for sensitivity. After one week, you can switch to nightly use as per instructions. If you experience any discomfort or allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately. 

If you know you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, we advise against using it.

If you experience any sensitivity, we recommend stopping use immediately and allowing the area to rest. As the serum is highly concentrated with Keratin and Peptides - redness and irritation can occur. Most reactions calm down quickly once the product is no longer applied. If irritation persists please consult a healthcare professional. 

As most other products with active ingredients on the market - you can use it less frequently to boost and maintain results instead of using it daily. Excessive use can cause irritations. 

We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

We recommend you to not use the serum anywhere else than along your top lash line or eyebrows. 

Yes! You can use our Eyelash Growth Serum as a booster for your brows to make them look fuller. However, our Brow Serum is specially designed with an applicator for easier brow application. Apply it to sparse areas of your brows one hour before bed.

Yes, you can continue using makeup while using our serum. We recommend applying the serum on clean, makeup-free skin for the best results. Allow the serum to dry before applying other products to your eye area. 

Our Eyelash Growth Serum is packed with nutritious ingredients to enhance and extend the growth cycle of your lashes, resulting in longer and thicker lashes. Biotin, Peptides and Panthenol strengthen your lashes, while Keratin and Pumpkin Seed Extract condition and nourish them. This serum is free from prostaglandin analogues. 

You will see results within 4–6 weeks. For best results, continue using our serum 2-3 times a week to maintain the effect.

The 3 ml lasts for 3 months and the 5 ml for 5 months when used as instructed.

It takes about 4 weeks for your lashes to go back to their natural appearance. To maintain the lash growth cycle and keep results balanced over time, we suggest reducing the application to 2–3 times per week after the desired result is achieved.
