Do you do any animal testing? 

We are committed to being vegan and cruelty free. We do not test on animals during any stage of product development. We only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. Learn more about our Sweed Standards here.

How can I ensure that Sweed’s products are safe to use? 

All of our products are vegan and clean. We carefully choose every product’s formulations and never compromise with our mission to uphold our intended standards. We adhere strictly to the European Union’s regulations to guarantee compliance with the highest standards so that you can feel good about your skin from the inside out. 

Where can I purchase/see Sweed products in person?

Who can I contact for product recommendations?

Can you help me with shade matching?

Can I use the Eyelash Growth Serum while being pregnant or breastfeeding? 

Yes, you can because our Eyelash Growth Serum is free from prostaglandin and prostaglandin analogues. We still recommend you to consult with your doctor before using any serums.

What’s the difference between the Lash Lift Mascara and Cloud Mascara? 

The formula is exactly the same, the difference between the two are the brushes for application. Our award winning Lash Lift Mascara lengthens and defines the lashes, while our viral Cloud Mascara gives maximum volume and length to the lashes. 

How can I find out if a product is being restocked? 

Go to the product on the website and click on ‘Notify me when available’ and enter your email address. You will be notified by email once the product is restocked and available again.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna and Sweed’s gift cards. 

How long will it take for me to receive my refund? 

For refunds of received and approved returns, please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

How do I pay with Sweed’s gift cards?

You enter the code found on the gift card at the checkout. Below the order summary there is a field where you can type in the code.

Deliveries

Delivery time

We have a standard delivery time of 2-5 business days in Sweden and 5-10 business days outside of the Nordic region. Express delivery option is available for orders outside of Sweden with 2-5 business days in delivery time. 

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs

Can I choose express delivery

If you live outside of Sweden, you can choose express delivery where the shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout.  

My order has not arrived

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order once your package leaves our warehouse. If you are unable to follow the order through the link, kindly get in touch with our customer experience team at info@sweedbeauty.com.   

SHIPPING COSTS

How much do I have to spend to receive free shipping on my order? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 | €30 | £37. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties. 

Is there a shipping fee for my order?

Orders below the required amount for free shipping will get a calculated shipping cost at the checkout. 

What are the shipping options?

Standard delivery is available for domestic and international orders. At the moment you can choose an express alternative presented at the check out at your own expense if you live outside of Sweden.  

Do I need to pay customs to receive my package?

Custom fees, tariffs or duties are not included in the presented prices. Orders shipped outside of the EU could potentially be charged with fees upon arrival. It’s the customers responsibility to ensure the local regulations in your country. We kindly advise you to consult with your local customs office for more information.    

Can I track my package?

As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information to follow your order.  

How will I know when my package has left the warehouse? 

You will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way to you together with a tracking link for you to follow your package.

My order

Is it possible to add or change a product to my order?

We are unable to make any adjustments or exchanges to an order. We kindly advise you to place a new order for the new item. 

Can I cancel my order? 

We are not able to help you once your order has been processed. Please contact our customer experience team at info@sweedbeauty.com and if possible, they will try to help you but we cannot guarantee anything. 

I would like to return a product, what should I do? 

You can read about our return policy here and how to proceed. 

Can I change my information on my order? 

We are not able to help you once your order has been processed. You are always welcome to reach out to info@sweedbeauty.com and we will help you if possible. 

My package was damaged in transit, what should I do? 

In case your package arrived damaged as a result of shipment, click here to proceed and you will be directed to our customer experience team. Save the shipping box, the Sweed products and the original blue cardboard outer packaging that will be needed when you speak to our customer experience team. 

I have received the wrong product or a product is missing from my order

We apologize for the inconvenience, email us at info@sweedebeauty.com with your order number and we’ll make sure to get you your Sweed products right away! 

What happens if I don’t collect my package? 

Packages that are not collected will be automatically sent back to our warehouse. Contact our Customer Experience team at info@sweedbeauty.com for further assistance and information about potential fees that may occur.

Makeup Artist Program

Do you offer a discount to Makeup artists? 

Yes, we know how hard you work and that is why we offer a professional MUA discount. The offered discount is 30% and on sweedbeauty’s website only. You can send in your application request here. Upon approval you will receive an email confirming your application status together with your own unique discount code. 

How long is the discount code valid?

The discount code is valid for 2 years and you may re-apply to receive a new code after 2 years.
