For refunds of received and approved returns, please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Within the US we ship domestically from our warehouse located in California meaning no custom fees, tariffs or duties are added.

As soon as the package has left the warehouse you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow your order.

In case your package arrived damaged as a result of shipment please contact us at info@sweedbeauty.com and we'll be happy to help you. Save the shipping box, the Sweed products and the original blue cardboard outer packaging that will be needed when you speak to our customer experience team.

Packages that are not collected will be automatically sent back to our warehouse. We charge a fee of $15 for unclaimed packages.
