Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50, €30, £37 and 300 SEK. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Standard delivery is available for domestic orders (3-7 business days) and international orders (5-10 business days). At the moment you can also choose an express alternative presented at the check out at your own expense.

Return Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. But if you for some reason would like to make a return, kindly read the following before you proceed. 

  • Returns must be approved by our customer experience team. Non-approved returns will not be refunded or sent back.
  • Any returns must be done within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original blue cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.
  • Choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. 

For refunds of received and approved returns, please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. 

Gift Cards, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Exchanges are not supported at this time - if you would like a new product, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?
