These terms apply to users of sweedbeauty.com. They will be valid for all your transactions with Sweed and the visits to sweedbeauty.com. Beauty Pro AB may in the terms and conditions be referred to as ‘us’ or ‘we’. This website is directed exclusively to private individuals. To make a purchase on sweedbeauty.com, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, the guardian's consent is required according to the Swedish Child and Parental Code.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

The terms and conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.shop.sweedbeauty.com and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in stores. Beauty Pro AB reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Beauty Pro AB accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal. For your security, your billing name and address must correspond to that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria. We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. All prices on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: US - Dollars (USD), Europe (EUR), Sweden - Kronor (SEK), United Kingdom - Pounds (GBP). Beauty Pro AB uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. Beauty Pro AB's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within a reasonable time at email@example.com. (Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service). To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-10 business days. Beauty Pro AB uses PostNord Sverige and UPS for shipment of your ordered items. Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times. Please note: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Beauty Pro AB does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
Beauty Pro AB offers a 14 day full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incurr yourself. The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal. Shipping and handling fees from the original order are not refundable. If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Beauty Pro AB within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. Beauty Pro AB covers return costs to a reasonable extent. Beauty Pro AB cannot accept returns on used products. For your protection and to ensure prompt credit, please securely wrap the package. Beauty Pro AB is not responsible for articles lost or damaged during transit. The above stated return/exchange policy applies only to products purchased through www.sweedbeauty.com. Regretfully, Beauty Pro AB cannot accept returns or exchanges of products purchased in a retail store.
Limitations of liability
Beauty Pro AB do not exclude our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. If applicable law does not allow all or any part of the below limitations of liability to apply to you, the limitations will apply to you only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us. You specifically agree that we shall not be liable for any content or the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

Amazon Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured by us (each, a "Product") and sold as new, in its original and sealed packaging, through our authorized reseller(s) on the Amazon.com online marketplace in the United States, only.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
